Now retired, he devotes himself to being a loving husband, father, and mentor. His story in Wild Pitch is honest and raw, showing his struggles with addiction and his path to healing. Rich Strack is a retired high school teacher of 38 years, a journalist, playwright, and author. His first book, Upon a Field of Gold, was adapted for a major motion picture. He writes award-winning articles for the Times News in Lehighton, PA. Rich is proud of his two children, Richie and Sadie, who always bring joy to his heart. Rich is passionate about telling real stories that touch people’s hearts and inspire change.
